Experiential Learning Sessions – ROJoson

Experiential Learning Sessions was conceptualized by ROJoson in 2007 in MDH. Briefly, it is an on-the-job learning made more structured and with documented learning plan and evaluation.  It is a cost-effective strategy for a learning organization.

Here I collect, post and share my past and present files.  Anybody is free to pick up the concepts and apply them in their hospital.
